Balancing Food, Sleep, Stress and Movement
Part of a free month of wellbeing events this November, a free seminar hosted by Jennifer Sewell, Senior Occupational Health Physiotherapist at Physiotherapy Matters
‘Getting healthy’ is often thought of as a huge undertaking which can take too much time, money or effort. In a world where we are limited in social contact, sport and are often working from home, it may seem even more challenging, even unachievable! This either prevents people trying, or when they do start, they try to change too much and end up falling off the wagon, which then puts them off trying again. In our 4 Pillars of Health talk we will :
· discuss the 4 pillars of health: Food, Sleep, Stress and Movement
· discuss how each pillar can impact the others
· identify what barriers we may currently face within each pillar
· identify small changes we can make to each pillar that culminate in large benefits to our health and wellbeing.
