There is a small cost to attend , which is £6 per class, or £30 block booking (6 classes). Usually, these classes are £7.50 each.

Yoga is suitable for everyone because it’s low impact and it’s a versatile exercise that can be modified for individuals of all skill levels and degrees of flexibility, which makes it perfect for the workplace environment!
We provide the mats and refreshing cucumber water. Changing rooms, toilets and parking are available at Q11.
