With lots of us now working at desks all day you may find your back muscles feeling a little tight and achy. Sitting for extended periods especially with poor posture can often trigger tension in the back.
This class will help target those areas stretch out your muscles and make sitting at your desk for long periods of time more manageable!
The pure gym trainers will also be on hand to give free tailored health checks should you wish to have one, including a free posture check!
Plus they will be happy to answer any questions you have about the gym, and show you around.
