Join us at our BIG street party to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee! We’re doing it a week earlier so you can prepare yourself for the 2 day bank holiday the week after!

We’ll be throwing up the bunting, setting out the long tables in the street and getting the cocktails flowing. 

Expect live entertainment, plenty of puddings, pick n mix, G&T’s and a selection of our favourite street food vendors! 

Want to enter our “platinum pudding” Bake off?
The “platinum pudding” competition is in the tradition of royal-related dishes like Coronation Chicken, invented for the Queen’s coronation in 1953. 
Let’s keep it sweet! Who doesn’t love a bake off? Why not showcase your favourite pudding recipe at our Jubi-Pre Party? 
Prizes up for grabs:

– Precision stand mixer worth over £300
– Afternoon tea for two 
– An overnight escape voucher, over 60 different locations
– Lunch vouchers

We’re looking for your best strawberry tarts, rainbow cakes or anything chocolatey. Maybe your Nan’s family recipe is always a winner, or you’re a master of inventing new traybakes. We want to try it all!

Event timeline – 

11:30am – Music and food vans, cocktails and entrants to the bake off drop off their entries

12:30pm – Miss Gloria Love introduces event

12:40pm – Judges to try all bake off entries (categories to be decided, then one overall winner)

12:45pm – Miss Gloria Love announces the bake-off winners

1:00pm – Entertainment from Miss Gloria Love

1:30pm – Music and food vans until 2:30
