During your health check we will take your height and weight, blood pressure, body fat and composition and other statistics that will allow us to give you advice and the tools to a healthy lifestyle.
30 Minute Slots will be available throughout the day.
The health checks will take place in the Raya room at Q11 on Thursday 2nd March.
