Remote yoga and meditation with Physiotherapy Matters, Thursday 29th April at 11.30am
A calming and relaxing yoga session designed to help you relax your body and mind, increase your flexibility, reduce stress, improve focus, reduce tension and overall improve your physical and mental wellbeing.
Sessions are taught at a steady pace and the therapist will guide you with easy to follow instructions. We will focus on alignment, posture, and gentle movement with alternative techniques provided to help you get the most out of this session whatever your level or experience of yoga. The guided breathing and focus techniques will also help you develop your attention and awareness in a supportive environment.
