Q Pride: Allie Training workshop

Quorum Park, Curious Arts and Northern Pride recognises the shifting and changing nature of our society, and as such seeks to offer specialised LGBTQIA+ Awareness Training in order to increase understanding of people's ever-evolving relationships with their identity and the language surrounding it.

Now more than ever, it’s important that we take the time to re-evaluate the ways in which they work. Supporting gender identities and sexual orientations, exploring approaches to best practice and learning how to be more proactive, accessible, inclusive and informed. Curious Arts and Northern Pride have designed their Proud Allies LGBTQIA+ Awareness Training to ensure progression and excellence in equality, diversity and inclusion.

The training session lasts 2.5hr, and will be hosted online. So you can join from your office, at home or anywhere that works for you.

The session aims to raise awareness, increase confidence around the use of inclusive language and provides a greater understanding of the intersectionality of the LGBTQIA+ community.
