Great North Snowdogs Impact on the North East Economy May 5, 2017 | Uncategorised Great North Snowdogs Impact Scampering across North Tyneside, Northumberland, Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and South Shields for ten weeks in Autumn 2016 including our 2 Snow Dogs at Quorum!), Local Charity, St Oswald’s pack of 64 large and 97 little Snowdogs took over, making friends, bringing people together and raising a massive £367,000 for St Oswald’s Children’s Hospice. On Thursday 4th May 2017, the Great North Snowdogs Team hosted a special Impact Event at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Newcastle, to present the results of a survey in partnership with Wild in Art and NGI Solutions. The research aimed to measure the impact the trail on the region, the people of the north east and beyond. As St Oswald’s officially announce that a follow up trail will take place in the region in Autumn 2019, again raising funds for St Oswald’s.
