Over 100 delegates from around North Tyneside attended ShowBiz 2017 – Skills for Business Growth on March 8th at Qeleven, Quorum Business Park.
It was the 4th annual information and networking event inviting local businesses to share their knowledge and learn more about the business world.
Tying in with National Apprenticeship Week, this the theme was ‘Skills for Business Growth’ and included an exhibition area packed with providers offering support, advice and funding for apprenticeship, skills and training for growing businesses.
There was a main stage theatre-style area with keynote speakers including former BBC business journalist Penny Haslam, the North East Local Enterprise Partnership and motivational speaker David Hyner. There was also a quick-fire seminars from RSM, the Forum’s main sponsor, as well as a free networking lunch for attending businesses.
