Sitel, The US headquartered outsourcing giant has moved into a new 50,000sqft office at Quorum to accommodate significant business growth The move is the largest office letting in Newcastle this year and marks a major investment for the business with 700 staff now based at the new office and additional new jobs being created. Sitel have 146 locations worldwide and have grown in Newcastle in recent years with a number of new business wins. This increase in staff has led to the move to the new Quorum office with a 65% increase in floor space compared to their previous Newcastle location. Sitel works with clients across most sectors including retail, public sector, financial services, travel, technology and media and entertainment. Many of the world’s largest and best-known brands entrust their customer experience to Sitel UK. The UK operation supports global multilingual contracts with requirements for skilled staff speaking 19 languages including Spanish, French, German, Italian, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Dutch, Portuguese and Polish.
