You could win £100 Amazon vouchers by completing our staff Survey!
Last year was a year like no other, never before have people’s working practices changed so much, as we enter 2021 the team at Quorum Park are looking ahead to Spring 2021 and wondering what the ‘new normal’ might look like both onsite and at our tenants’ homes.
Our Staff Survey aims to capture what working patterns are expected to look like going forward and address if our existing events and amenities programme needs adjusting accordingly.
If there is anything that the past nine months have told us, it’s that companies have adapted to home working and flexible working in a way they never expected. While we expect a lot of staff to return to the office once it’s safe for everyone to do so, we do expect that a lot of businesses working practices will change and as a result more people than ever will work more flexibly in the future.
Our survey aims to address what changes may be needed to our offering to respond to that change. We’re looking at improvements to our communication channels and asking for feedback about what works for staff going forward.
The survey remains short at around 10 minutes to complete but does cover a lot of topics, to incentive staff to complete we’re offering a prize of £100 Amazon Vouchers to one applicant, selected at random on Friday 5th February.
The survey runs from Monday 18th January to COP Friday 5th February. The winner will be contacted that day.
