Are you getting a bit lonely since wfh was reintroduced? I am. Zoom is a god send but you can’t beat a good old fashioned elbow bump and an IRL coffee catch up with like-minded colleagues. That’s why I created a monthly networking event for you all, where I (and other brilliant, passionate OD people) run workshops on various people and workforce topics, such as; culture, values, coaching, emotional intelligence etc etc. It has been brilliant so far and I have met some super smart people. Come and join us on 9th February 9.00-11.00am (networking and breakfast from 8.30) where we will be looking at and some practical tips and activities that you can take back to the workplace to help you to build a high trust organisation.
