Meet our meeting rooms
In an effort to offset some of our carbon footprint, we are now donating 10% of our meeting room income to Whale & Dolphin Conservation (WDC).

Our Neon & Q11 Meeting Rooms offer top quality meeting facilities at affordable pricing.
Quorum Park tenants benefit from an exclusive 50% discount rate!
The Neon & Q11 Meeting Space is managed by our building hosts Joanne and Hannah, so there will be a friendly face on hand to make sure your meeting goes smoothly.
Meeting room users gain access to our deluxe breakout space complete with refreshments and informal networking space.
Please note, when booking the Rimba meeting room, you’re likely to get the Rimba Raya boardroom as one. If you would like a smaller meeting room, we suggest booking Raya directly.

Rimba and Raya
Situated in Q11, the Rimba and Raya rooms offer space from 8 people up to 40.
Booking includes free wi-fi, still water, coffee, selection of teas and biscuits, which will be refreshed as many times as requested throughout the day.
Additional facilities available include breakfast/lunch catering, video conferencing and visitor parking.
Rooms are available on a half day or full day basis.

Alberta and Aspen
Situated in Neon, the Alberta and Aspen rooms offer space for up to 16 people.
Booking includes free wi-fi, still water, coffee, selection of teas and biscuits, which will be refreshed as many times as requested throughout the day.
Additional facilities available include breakfast/lunch catering, video conferencing and visitor parking.
Rooms are available on a half day or full day basis.

Purchase a Pass
Pass holders will be required to coordinate access with our onsite building hosts to gain a secure fob to gain access to the space.
Once you have purchased a pass online they will be in touch with an introduction email with onboarding details and access info.
