Event details:
We will be giving away free pumpkin spice hot chocolate and hosting a small autumn crafts workshop.
Cost is £15 per pitch. *if you need electricity, please let me know in advance.*
We also need a copy of your PL insurance, food hygiene certification and gas certification(if applicable) in advance of the event.
Toilets will be accessible through the fire door in the neon building, please ask a member of staff to direct you if you are unsure of where this is. Myself, the events team will be around on the day.
Set up will be from 9am, and the road will be blocked off for vehicle access from 11am - 2:30pm.
Balfour Beatty (Q14 Building) will also be giving their staff food vouchers worth £10.
If you keep a hold of the vouchers and at the end of service head over to Balfour Beatty reception (just across the avenue) where a member of the reception team will pay for the amount taken via vouchers.
